The craniosacral fascial system was discovered by Dr. Barry Gillespie. This system consists of a slight motion of the brain and spinal cord pumping cerebrospinal fluid into the fascial web, connecting all the body’s structural cells. Craniosacral Fascial Therapy is a gentle healing modality that provides patients with a freely moving brain, spinal cord, and fascial web, all of which are critical to peak health.
Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to promote healing and provide a range of health benefits. The therapy works by stimulating the mitochondria, the energy-producing centers of the body's cells, which helps improve cellular function, boost regeneration, and reduce inflammation.
The healing benefits of somatics include trauma and stress reduction, pain relief, improved emotional regulation, enhanced body-mind connection, and increased vitality by teaching the body and nervous system to release stored tension, regulate stress, and foster a deeper sense of self-awareness and resilience
Dry needling stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system by activating muscle receptors and fascia, sending sensory input to the brain that promotes a "rest and digest" state, which can reduce stress and enhance tissue repair. This process signals a shift from "fight or flight" to recovery, leading to feelings of calm and improved healing through increased blood flow and the body's natural pain-relieving mechanisms
Clients will be guided on how to use several different options of vagal nerve toning and stimulation options to decide what they'd like to implement at home. Further aiding the client to move into states of peace.
Myofascial release indirectly stimulates the vagus nerve by releasing restrictions in the body's fascia, including those near the vagus nerve. This release promotes relaxation and a shift from the "fight-or-flight" response to the "rest-and-digest" state, leading to benefits such as reduced chronic pain, improved mood, enhanced mobility, and better digestion.
